Thank you to everyone who sent in pictures of their playoff beards as part of
the Unleash Your Playoff Beard promotion. It's a shame it couldn't have gone on
for at least a few more weeks, but those are the breaks. All of the pictures are
posted here.

Well at least I had the opportunity to start a playoff beard, and I hate to see it go... Bravo Thrashers! What professional Atlanta sports team made it in to the post season this year? Oh, that's right, THE THRASHERS!! Albeit disappointing, we were there. I did not know what hockey was 5 years ago. I began watching while my wife (Detroit native) explained the rules. I have not looked back since. All other sports are BORING! I will confess I was an avid Redwing fan (in-laws are Howes'), but for the last two years it has been nothing but Thrashers. I have Exelby's jersey and proudly wear it at all the games I attend. I can't wait for next year. My novice viewpoint on the Thrash playoff performance - Need better passing especially in our zone, MUST learn to clear puck better and faster before tiring out, Exelby - you were definitely there every game, We need to give Slater, Sim and Vigier more ice time - they are not as much productive as they are fast and excellent at forechecking, Hossa just looked afraid to get hit, better timing on the line changes, put someone's a$$ in front of the net, especially with someone like Lundqvist in net, and find some wheels and skate all game. Subtle but managable changes I think. See you guys next year. Thanks for an excellent season!
