One of the questions from the survey says select all that apply but only allows one selection. It is about the 8th down.

So far this is the only one that's up (that I'm aware of) but it's in multiple locations. If more go up I'll get the art for them.

Where did you see that Ken? The only reference to the prize I've seen s the following on the official rules page:
"4. PRIZES. One (1) Winner will receive four tickets to the April 4, 2007 Thrashers-Capitals game at Philips Arena with an approximate market value (“AMV”) of $220. "

The survey page itself (not the rule page) has the following text above the space where you enter your contact information: "To enter the Atlantathrashers.com Survey Sweepstakes to win 4 seats on the glass to the March 6th Thrashers-Panthers game, please complete the entry form below."
